IT PROTECTS THE SURFACES AGAINST BACTERIA, VIRUS, FUNGI, ALGAE, MOLD, PROTOZOA

IT PHYSICALLY DESTROYS the microbes 

IT ADHERES FIRMLY in a permanent way to the surfaces it protects*, resisting water, solvents and contact, and remaining in the applied area without lixiviation. 

IT HAS A RESIDUAL EFFECT: it protects for several days or months, until being removed by abrasion.*

IT IS WATER BASED and not based on toxic substances such as alcohols or solvents. It does not contain heavy metals, and does not liberate fumes or toxins on the surface it protects, or in the environment.

IT IS LESS TOXIC THAN COFFEE: Its toxicity level LD50 is 12.3, the same as Vitamin C. This means it is 6 times less toxic to the human body than is coffee.

IT IS NOT CORROSIVE: It does not oxidize the protected surfaces.

IT ELIMINATES BAD ODORS caused by bacteria, mold and fungi.

IT IS BIODEGRADABLE

IT IS NOT INFLAMMABLE
